  • Commercial Mortgage Rates

The interest rates charged on commercial mortgages are usually somewhat higher than those on home mortgages, since most commercial real estate loans are backed only by the property at hand, and not by other corporate assets.

Although a significant majority of enterprise mortgages are granted on a fixed-rate basis, there are also some capped and floating-rate loans available.

As with any loan, it is important for businesses to compare offers from several different lenders before signing a commercial mortgage agreement.
